This project introduced a comprehensive command center for Rivian’s electric vehicle fleet, designed to empower fleet managers with real-time data and control over fleet operations. The solution provided an intuitive interface for monitoring, tracking, and optimizing vehicle usage, fostering enhanced operational efficiency and seamless management.
Objectives:
The primary goal was to streamline Rivian’s fleet management process, supporting scalable operations and enabling fleet managers to make informed, data-driven decisions. Additional objectives included reducing operational friction and enhancing overall productivity across the fleet.
